A year ago you left our sides. Not a day goes by that we don’t think of you and miss you. You made me a better person and your love of Eileen, our Lord, our great country, animals and others will not be forgotten. I love you old man. We will see you again. Until that day, enjoy Benji, and hold the gate for us…

Tom, my second dad, it’s a year tomorrow that you went to see the Lord. We remember you every day. I am taking care of Eileen, like I promised, and she is a second mom to me now. You told her I was her family now- you weren’t kidding around. You always knew best. I know you know all about the conspiracy theories now, and how I wish you were at the Fence tomorrow, so we could share all the information and make up new Ideas. You have never left me. I remember how you chose me. I will never forget that. I know you can see us. I know the signs. I just wish I could see your face again, or call you on the phone. Eileen is still lost without you. Oh, she has is Jack and I , and that’s like a booby prize. Please be with us tomorrow as we remember you on your last day with us, last year. I could really use some help with Jack. I love you old man, and I always will. Always- Angela

Not sure why God put Tom’s memory on my heart today. when I googled and found he had passed, I had no doubt that I would see him again in heaven. My name is Fred and Tom was both a good friend as well as being one of my employees. Tom was seeking a career change and quickly mastered the technical operations of video equipment.
During lunch we talked about the Bible and our faith. While I was Baptist and he was a Catholic, there was little doubt he knew Christ as his savior. It was a blessing sharing with him and I missed those talks when I accepted a new job that required me to move.
Given the time that has pasted not sure what family and friends will see this but to all who read this know this:
Tom was a honorable man and I give thanks for knowing him

Eileen - We are so sorry to learn the sad news of Tom's passing. We worked at Picatinny as well...and we would often chat with Tom before/after a video conference. We appreciate Tom's Army service to our country. He was a friendly face in the neighborhood.
God Bless you and may Tom rest in eternal peace.

Tom, you were, and still are, the best neighbor anyone could ever ask for. You were always waiting for us by the fence to start a conversation, or continue our conversation from a previous day. The Barkers, our pups, always let us know when you were there, and loved saying hello to you. We will miss every part of you; from your smile, your opinions, your compassion, and your love. Your love of our country always reminded us how blessed we are to live in this great nation. You are the definition of a true patriot.
You always gave more than you took, and always took time to listen and give advice when I ( or we) needed it. I will miss the car rides, giving me directions, cooking your favorite stuffed shells, you treating me like a daughter, and most importantly, your love of our Lord and love and dedication to your beautiful wife, Eileen. Tony misses your talks already. Jack learned so much about the world from you, as you already started teaching him politics.
Oh, and no matter what, you watched our house for us whenever we went anywhere. Like a hawk! You watched every car, recording the color of it in your mind. You vetted any person thoroughly that entered and/ or left, and took getting our mail so seriously that when it was missing one day, you interrogated the dog sitter of where the mail was. All that info was saved for the full report for when we arrived home. You would even test our phone number every time to be sure you could reach us. Who will watch out for us now?
You said we would all be together in heaven one day, and we will. Until then, Tom, our second dad, our beloved neighbor, you will live in our hearts. I still can’t believe you aren’t here.
We love you…. Always.
Love, Angela,Tony, Jack and the Bell Barkers
